When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile image. We associate that information with your song library, credit balance, purchases, preferences, and support conversations so that your workspace remains available across sessions.

The service processes the creative material you choose to provide, including concepts, hooks, lyrics, style notes, recordings, voice samples, images, MIDI files, and editing instructions. We also store task status and generated media when needed to deliver, display, and retrieve your results.

We collect operational records such as pages and tools used, generation requests, task outcomes, credit changes, timestamps, IP address, browser type, device characteristics, and security events. These records help us operate the service, investigate failures, manage capacity, measure features, and prevent abuse.

Stripe processes subscription and credit-pack payments. SeedSong AI does not receive complete card numbers or security codes. We receive limited billing and transaction details needed to activate access, issue receipts, reconcile credits, investigate disputes, and meet accounting requirements.

We use information to authenticate accounts, fulfill song and editing requests, preserve project history, administer credits and subscriptions, provide support, improve reliability, protect users and the platform, and comply with applicable law. We do not sell personal information.

Authentication, hosting, storage, analytics, communications, payment, and AI providers receive only the information needed for their role. A generation request may send the relevant prompt, lyrics, reference media, or settings to the provider producing the output. Providers and infrastructure may operate in countries other than yours.

We retain account and project data while needed to provide your workspace. Transaction, fraud-prevention, security, dispute, and tax records may be kept longer when justified or required. Following a valid deletion request, eligible information is deleted or de-identified after required retention periods end.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, export, delete, restrict, or object to processing. You may withdraw optional consent or unsubscribe from promotional messages. Essential processing may continue where it is required for account security, transactions, legal compliance, or the service you requested.

We use reasonable safeguards and access controls, but no online service can eliminate every risk. SeedSong AI is intended for people aged 18 or older and is not directed to children. If we learn that a child supplied personal information, we will take reasonable steps to remove it.
