Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 and legally able to accept these Terms. Keep your Google-linked account secure and provide accurate information. You are responsible for activity through your account unless you promptly report unauthorized access.

SeedSong AI provides AI-assisted tools for music, lyrics, audio, voices, MIDI, covers, and visual formats. Models produce probabilistic results, so attempts may differ and no output is guaranteed to match a brief, remain available forever, or be unique. Features, limits, and processing times may change.

Submit only prompts, lyrics, recordings, voices, images, compositions, and other materials that you own or are authorized to use. You retain your rights and grant us the limited permission needed to host, transmit, process, and display those materials for service delivery, security, troubleshooting, and support.

As between you and SeedSong AI, you may use outputs created for your account subject to applicable law, third-party rights, and any model-specific restrictions shown in the product. AI-generated material may resemble existing patterns or another result. Before distribution or monetization, review originality, factual claims, samples, voices, releases, and suitability for your intended audience.

Each paid operation consumes the credit amount displayed in the product. Subscription credits renew with the billing cycle and ordinarily do not roll over. One-time pack credits remain until used. When our records confirm an eligible technical failure, platform credits are restored; that restoration is not a refund of the original payment.

Stripe handles checkout. Monthly and annual subscriptions renew automatically until canceled, and charges are in USD unless checkout states otherwise. Cancel before the next renewal to stop that charge. Taxes, currency conversion, and bank fees may apply.

Do not use the service to infringe rights, invade privacy, deceive people, facilitate harm, or violate the law.

Online project storage is not a permanent archive. Playback and download access depend on current product entitlements and technical availability. Save local copies of finished songs you need to preserve. We may remove unlawful material or respond to a valid rights claim.

We may restrict or end access for serious or repeated violations, fraud, payment abuse, security threats, or legal requirements. Where practical, we may provide notice and a chance to address the issue. You may stop using the service at any time.

The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not promise uninterrupted access or a particular creative, legal, or commercial result.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, SeedSong AI is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages. Our aggregate liability for a claim is limited to the amount paid through SeedSong AI during the 12 months before the event giving rise to it. Rights that cannot lawfully be limited remain unaffected.

We may revise these Terms to reflect product, operational, or legal changes. The revised version and effective date will be posted here, with additional notice for material changes when required. Questions may be sent to the support email below.
